YAY! I'm so glad that XB and I went for the spot & shoot photography comp even though we didn't win because it sparked off our Sunday rituals. Adobe has become my obsessive compulsive disorder. I've been going deeper into photomanipulations.. hoping to build an impressive enough portfolio to get hired at Furious for my internship.

Anyways, this Sunday we managed to get 7 models down with us, comprising of Weiming, Anne, Jules, Mavis, Don, Reza and Loretta. THANK YOU GUYS! YOU ALL ROCKSSS. I LUBTCH YOU!

So yes, we went to the Bukit Timah Railway track this time, this is my first production from our shoot today. There will be more to come. (: Hope you like it. For those of you with Deviant Art accounts, please go to My Page and comment. Hehe

Yes, I know. I said Playdough Porn was coming soon. And so will this. But I've been busy and somehow.. time never works my way. I feel lethargic from a lack of sleep but for some reason now I feel like sleep is a waste of time. So I force myself to sleep. I was supposed to come home today at 9 after a long day of photography IS class in Orchard with Rett, Clara, Arman & XB, wandering in Borders & the Apple Centre with XB, shopping at Mustafa with XB, WM, Joo & Poo, Tarrot readings at macdonalds, flea market-ing at little india with XB & Joo and dinner in town with Val, Karen & XB so that I could make the 3 million photos into GIF animations.

By which way, I bought an external flash for $4 and a VERY OLD SCHOOL Chinon Auto Handyzoom 35-70mm 5001 film camera for $3! I know the name sounds chim but it's actually quite bad la.. 35-70mm is pathetic. But whatever. I still like it cause it looks old school. it's gonna be more of a collection thing. Anyway, my lomo cam arrived today as well. I'm VERY happy. But i'm scared to take photos. I'm so used to digital, snapping whenever u want. Film costs money to develop and i don't quite have money. So yes. FUCK RIGHT.

Anyways, I never quite got home to make GIF animations. Lets say I got side-tracked by Xin, Jo & Dennis. Spent ages whining about how much we miss BeBe and playing with flamables. By which way, I took some home so that I can use them for my photography session with XB and our models this weekend. I think I've been spending too much time with XB, I'm tired of his lame jokes. I was going home and I saw the lights on in Summer and just sorta assumed that she'd be there and she was and it felt incredible to see her again. And honestly, she went crazy when she saw me. She just started jumping all over me, which was amazing considering how shy she was when I first met her. She doesn't even jump in Xin or Jo. It was incredible.. I can't believe how much I love that short little dog. I'm gonna miss her so much. It was so sad when they came to collect her. :(

Harry Potter was. Up to my expectations. Which was .. disappointing. I kinda expected it to be below expectations and it turned out to be true. Anyways, Maltesers had babies, like 4 or 5. Couldn't really get a clear view so i can't tell how many exactly. Which got me worried because if monty eats one a month that's half a year. In half a year the babies wouldn't be babies anymore. They would be huge and too big for Monty to eat. FUCK right. So I fed one of the white babies. Much to my regret.. Monty struck her 3 times and she escaped 3 times. I felt damn bad la.

Anyways, my days have become quite a routine, wake up at 6, have breakfast, check on the mice and monty, feed and water the mice, monty and the dogs. Walk the dogs, have a smoke and go to school. Come back from school, drop BeBe off with Xin, cook dinner, bum around and do homework and then walk CoCo down to Summer Hair Salon after hours to chat with Xin, Jo and Ken and sometimes Daryl. Then bring BeBe home and settle her down for the night. Haha .. why does my life seem to revolve around animals?

[update] Well, the photography competition was a lot more insane than I expected. Thanks to XB and his street directory which was very helpful, and his bus directory which was.. irrelevant. Haha .. I think in the past 24 hours I have seen more of singapore than I have in a year. XB and I travelled everywhere by foot, covering 14 historical sites in singapore.

Anyways, it was really tiring. We were out by 1pm on saturday, home by 1am and then we rushed into editting and a quick sleep before we were out of the house at 7am and off again. Running around. We finally went home at 6pm on Sunday. It was invigorating but also, quite refreshing. It was definitely a rewarding experience. Overall, I'm quite proud of our photos, and I really think we stand a chance to win. Anyways, XB and I were talking, and we're thinking that once in awhile we can go out and just dedicate that time to taking photos. Anyone can join us if they like.

Also. As u can tell, all of my references are to XB. Our third member, was like never there. But I shan't make a fuss about it, my condolences to the camera he lost. :(

Last night I planned to wake up at 6 so that I had enough time to bum around and do the MRM homework. I woke up at 7. Nevermind, class starts at 11. For some unforseen reason, I ended up in school at 10, MRM homework done and printed, breakfast eaten and half an hour shower + bumming time included and wondering where the fuck my class was. Fark. It is unglamness worthy of Ian.

I'm bored and tired. I really really really really reall want to sleep. I was planning to wake up waaaaaaaay into the afternoon tomorrow but i can't. Why? Because of the fucking nehneh photography competition. FARK. But nevermind. At least I get monday off school. HA HA

RAFE IS ON LOOP. 24 HOURS A DAY. I can't stop listening to them. fuckity fuck. I'm loading all the photos up on the net. S'taking forever cause the files are fuge. Forgot to change the settings after photography class and now i'm too lazy to resize so i decided to fuckkit and just load them. Also good listens: Switchfoot: The Setting Sun and Rooster's Deep and Meaningless. Fuckin lovely songs. And of course. The glue that holds us all together, WEEZER. HAHA .. I would die without music. Simply shrivel up and die.

Hum dee dum, today was so much fun. Probably the last time we are all this free until christmas [MOO WE MISSED YOO!]. But yeah. Had photography class with XB. And then we skipped by the booksale where Ian saved my laptop. IAN, I LOVE YOU. [but not literally. please do not take thsi as a signal for you to grind your ass into me again or hump the air inches from my face. I have been mortally wounded from that image.]

Then, we went to Holland V. Had BK for lunch and laughed about stupid retarded things. Skipped to the pet shop where this BITCH worked. Nnngh. And then, we wanted to go to Tangos. But it WAS CLOSED. Oh my fuck. Or in the words of Juan: What in the flying fuck? Yes. So you know what we did? We went to the Eski Bar instead. It's the sub-zero degree bar. And we had a survivor challenge. Me, Joo, Poo and WM in the freeze room. See who could last longer. The outfit: slippers, no jackets. Except JULES THAT CHEATER that wore sneakers. It's negative 14 degrees in there. Some fuckin cold shit.

So Poo was the first to go running out with painful toes. And the WM gave up and ran out. Juan and XB joined the challenge shortly after. Did I mention that the bar is made of ice? I want to work there. I'm actually seriously considering it. Starting pay $7 per hour, and they're willing to hire me for bartender! So exciting! But then again, i'll be plagued by dirty looks from the Tango's staff. I can just hear Andy's voice in my head already. Like I'm some kinda traitor. Which I guess I would be if I joined Eski Bar.

Anyways. The challenge ended in a truce between me and Joo. Our noses were red, Jules had a frozen booger in her nose and my toes were stiff and painful. Joo could no longer clench her fist and I think my face was made of plastic. BTW: The boys gave up before us. HAHA .. not to mention that they started 10 minutes after us. HA HA.

YEsh. Had dinner at Chrystal Jade, me and wm dragged Jules there kicking and screaming and we spent a LOT of time camera-whoring. Pictures are up, HERE.

I was making a Christmas wishlist. No, it's not too early. I will be releasing it soon so that you guys have over a month to get me everything and hence have no excuses not to get me something. Anyways, I was thinking about things I might want, and they're all too expensive for u guys, like a TV set, or an IPOD dock, or better yet, IPOD speakers [incl. dock]. And I realised that there isn't anything that I desperately need right now. But fret not. For those of you who let out a breath thinking, 'thank god she doesn't want anything this year', YOU'RE WRONG. I WILL HAVE A LIST FOR YOU.

And you'll appreciate it too. Really, wouldn't u rather get me something you KNOW i'll love rather than running around thinking of what to get for me and settling on something that I might throw to one side and then pretend that I lost it or that my sister hijacked it and took it to England?

So yes, list will be out soon. Anyways, I got round to thinking of that lomography LC-A that I always wanted. And you know what, screw my savings. So I'll starve a little this month. If I don't get it now I won't ever get around to getting it. I'm going to bomb everything and go for it. So yeah. That's off my list, but what's ON my list, just a hint:

Some accessories for the lomo-cam that I'm getting. Like a fisheye adaptor lens or a glam Lomo L-case for my kick-ass LC-A. HAHA .. Or for those of you that are feeling generous, there's always one of my dream lomo-cams: the Seagull TLR or the Zero 35mm Pinhole cam. Come on, you know you want to. And. If anyone gets me the Zenit MF-1 camera, I will marry you on the spot and have sex with you 5 times a day until told otherwise. Went to the Esplanade with XB & Poo yesterday and we were later joined by Joo. Rafe rocked the stage. And Juan had groupies!! HAHAH .. I'm so proud of him. And I will also have sex with Madonna. HAHA .. she was soooo effing hot. She's the only one tt made me sit there and listen to them play a cover of evanescence because her voice was so fucking incredible.
